• Some items are shipped via specialist freight carriers and may require a tail-lift delivery or depot collection depending on your location.
• We take no responsibility on freight times or missing items once they have left our depot. 

Domestic Australian Shipping

We ship to all states and territories across Australia from our locations in Nowra, Wollongong and Brisbane.

Standard Shipping Rates

Estimated Delivery Timeframes – Australia

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (metro areas); 2–5 business days (regional areas)
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (metro areas); 5–10 business days (regional and remote areas)

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to carrier delays.

Free Shipping – Flight Risk & RFN Bikes

We're proud to offer free standard shipping anywhere in Australia on the following bike ranges:

• Flight Risk Bikes – Free standard shipping to all Australian addresses
• RFN Bikes – Free standard shipping to all Australian addresses
• Bulky items are shipped via specialist freight carriers and may require a tail-lift delivery or depot collection depending on your location.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when eligible products are in your cart. Standard delivery timeframes apply (see above).

Freight for Bulky Items

Certain large or heavy items — including electric bikes, quad bikes, and other oversized motorsport equipment — are classified as bulky freight and may be subject to special handling and delivery conditions.

What to Expect with Bulky Freight

• Bulky items are shipped via specialist freight carriers and may require a tail-lift delivery or depot collection depending on your location.
• Delivery to residential addresses may not always be available for oversized items — our team will contact you to confirm the best delivery option.
• Freight charges for bulky items are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and delivery zone. The applicable rate will be displayed at checkout or quoted separately.
• Estimated delivery for bulky freight: 5–14 business days depending on your location and carrier availability.
• Remote and rural areas may incur additional freight charges and longer delivery timeframes.

New Zealand Shipping

We ship selected products to New Zealand. Rates are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

New Zealand Shipping Rates

Estimated Delivery Timeframes – New Zealand

• Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days from dispatch

International delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, public holidays, or carrier delays. The recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Australian public holidays).
• Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST are generally dispatched the same business day, subject to stock availability.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
