4.4m Inflatable Kayak Highly Durable

The RANGER is an inflatable kayak constructed entirely with Drop Stitch technology throughout its length! This kayak uses 3″ Drop Stitch material for the floor and 4″ Drop Stitch material for the sidewalls. Our Drop Stitch material uses thousands of high-strength threads that connect the top and bottom layers of fabric, creating thousands of I-beam supports. This allows the kayak to inflate to a much higher pressure (10 psi) than other kayaks (3-4 psi) which increases overall stiffness. The unique Drop Stitch construction makes the Laser-Lit as fast as any 12″ rigid kayak and provides the added benefit of being able to pack into its own backpack. The Laser-Lit is tough, incredibly stiff, extremely lightweight, and a joy to paddle.

This feature combined with the kayak's very narrow width (25″ at the waterline) allows the Laser-Lit to paddle as fast as any rigid kayak. The bow and stern molds are made of durable plastic. The kayak's unique bow and stern design and double concave design in the bow allow air pockets to enter between the hull and the water creating lift while reducing friction and drag. The water then meets the carefully designed tapered side walls creating lift while reducing friction and drag.
